Terms of use
The rules, kept short.
These terms cover the Endless Pursuit app and this website. Using either means you agree to them, so they’re written to be read.

About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Endless Pursuit (“we”). Our privacy policy says what we do with your data.
Your account
- You need to be 16 or over.
- Use your real details and keep them up to date. Pick a handle that doesn’t pretend to be someone else.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself: you’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.
Using it fairly
Circles work because people trust each other. So don’t:
- Harass, bully, threaten or put down anyone, in chat, in a circle or anywhere else in the app.
- Post anything hateful, sexual, violent or illegal, or anything that encourages self-harm or disordered eating.
- Pretend to be someone else, or share someone’s private details without their permission.
- Spam, scrape, or try to break, overload or get round the app’s security, its limits or its invite codes.
- Post anything you don’t have the right to post.
Report anything that breaks these rules to contact@endlesspursuit.app. We may remove it, and act on the account that posted it.
Your content
What you log and post is yours.
You let us store it, process it and show it to the people you choose, as your privacy settings say. We use that permission only to run Endless Pursuit, and it ends when you delete the content or your account. What others already saved, like a share card you posted, stays where it is.
Your health
- Endless Pursuit isn’t medical advice. Its numbers, targets and streaks are there to keep you going, not to diagnose or treat anything.
- Meals read from a photo are estimates. Check the numbers that matter to you.
- Talk to a doctor before you start a new training plan or diet, especially with a health condition, and stop if something hurts.
- In an emergency, call 999 or your local emergency number.
Our app
The app, this website, their design and the Endless Pursuit name are ours. You can use the app for yourself, but don’t copy, sell or rebuild it.
If you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, their terms apply too. Apple and Google aren’t part of these terms and aren’t responsible for the app or its support.
Availability
We work to keep Endless Pursuit running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features.
If we ever close the app, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to get a copy of your data.
Ending
You can stop using Endless Pursuit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we’ll tell you why first and give you the chance to put it right.
If something goes wrong
- If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t.
- Endless Pursuit is for personal use. We’re not responsible for business losses, like lost profit or lost opportunities.
- We’re not responsible for what other people do or post, though we act on reports.
- Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us limit. Your legal rights as a consumer aren’t affected.
The law
These terms are under the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and if you live in the EU, you keep the protections of your local law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top changes too, and for changes that matter, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
